摘 要:目的:研究恬心汤对实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、通心络组和恬心汤低、高组。正常组、模型组每天生理盐水,通心络组和恬心汤高、低组分别给予相应药物,7天后垂体后叶素静脉注射(0.5U/kg)复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,比较各组心电图ST段、LVSP、±dp/dtmax、以及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)以及丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标变化。结果:模型组与正常组相比,各项指标差异均有显著性(P<0.05、P<0.01)。通心络和恬心汤均能改善缺血引起的心功能及心电图的改变,抑制LDH、CK、AST的升高,提高SOD水平,降低MDA的水平。结论:恬心汤对垂体后叶素所致实验性急性心肌缺血具有明显的改善作用,而调节SOD/MDA的平衡,可能是恬心汤减轻垂体后叶素性心肌缺血损害的机理之一。Objective:To study the preventive mechanism of Tianxin Decoction (TXD) on acute myocardial ischemia. Methods:50 Wistar rats were randomized into five groups:normal group,model group,treatment groups and control group. The former two groups were given normal saline,and the latter three groups were respectively given TXD at low and high dose,and Tongxinluo. On the seventh day,pituitrin was injected into vein of the rats of the latter four groups. The SD segment in electrocardiogram,±dp/dtmax,LVSP,LDH,CK,AST,SOD,MDA were detected in all groups. Results:The indexes in normal group were quite different from those in model group (P< 0.05,P< 0.01); TXD and Tongxinluo Decoction could increase the levels of SOD,and reduce the levels of MDA; they both could also improve the heart functions,and decrease activities of LDH,CK,AST. Conclusion:TXD can balance SOD/ MDA to improve myocardial ischemia.
