摘 要:用超细工业废渣取代60%的水泥,用普通黄砂取代磨细石英砂制备生态型RPC材料。生态型RPC材料的各项静态力学性能达到国际上RPC200的水平,抗压强度、抗弯强度和断裂能分别为200MPa、60MPa和30kJ/m2。生态RPC具有优异的动态力学性能,极限应力随着应变率的提高而提高。钢纤维的加入提高了材料的韧性,大大减少了材料在冲击荷载下的破坏程度。通过X射线衍射和环境扫描电镜观测从基体和纤维2个角度揭示了生态RPC材料超高性能的微观机理。Ecological reactive powder concrete (ECO-RPC) was prepared by replacing 60% of cement with ultra-fine industrial waste powders and replacing ground fine quartz sands with natural sands. The static mechanical properties of ECO-RPC can reach international level of PRC200, its compressive strength,flexural strength and fracture energy were 200 MPa, 60 MPa and 30 kJ/m2 respectively. ECO-RPC had excellent dynamic mechanical properties. Its peak stress increased with increasing of strain rate. By the reinforcement of steel fibers,ECO-RPC showed improved toughness and its fracture was decreased obviously under impact load. Using X-ray diffraction and environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM), the micro-mechanism of ultra-high performance of ECO-RPC was investigated from the point of base body and fiber.
