新生血管性青光眼患者行Ahmed引流阀植入术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨新生血管性青光眼(NVG)患者行Ahmed引流阀植入术的护理。方法对27例行Ahmed引流阀植入术的NVG患者,实施术前心理护理及术后的并发症护理。结果术前27例患者均未出现心理应激反应。术后并发症:2例眼压升高及4例前房出血,经相应护理均得到有效控制。术后随访6个月,8例视力改善,17例视力未继续下降,2例视力下降;27例患者眼压均在正常范围内。结论科学有效的护理措施是达到预期手术目标的重要保证。Objective To discuss effective nursing measures of patients of neovascular glauco ma （NVG） that received Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation. Methods Research the preoperative mental nursing and postoperative complications nursing job of 27 patients with NVG that received Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation in our department. Results 27 patients have not presented preoperative mental stress reaction. 2 patients had ocular hypertension and 4 patients had hyphema that all recovered under active nursing job. The follow-up period was 6 month,8 patients＇ visual acuities have improved. 17 patients＇ visual acuities have not continued dropping while 2 patients＇ visual acuities decreased. 27 patients＇ intraocular pressure were in normal range. Conclusions Effective nursing measures are significant to achieve the purpose of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.
