摘　　要：螺纹连接在发动机和变速箱上有着广泛的应用,为保证其正确装配和实现功能,一般在加工工艺图上都会标注延伸公差带。对引起螺纹孔延伸公差带失效原因的各种因素进行了分析,并对采取的预防措施进行了讨论。Thread is widely employed in engines and transmissions. Generally speaking, in order to assemble parts correctly and guarantee their function, projection position tolerances are marked in the process charts of parts. Many factors which possibly lead to failure of extended tolerances of threaded holes are analyzed, and a discussion on the method of prevention is made.
