摘  要:对参加第三套全国健身秧歌规定套路学习的女大学生进行学习前、后身体形态、机能、素质相关指标测定的对比实验和身心健康影响的问卷调查,结果表明:第三套全国健身秧歌规定套路对女大学生的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质有显著性改善,对心理健康、综合素质等有积极的影响.The female college students were examined before and after they participated the formal systemized ways of the third set of the national fitness Yangge. The results show that the formal systemized ways of the third set of the national fitness yangge has obviously improved their body shape, functions of human body and physique, and it also has positive effection on their mental health and comprehensive quality.
