摘　　要：采用氧气顶底复吹转炉和钢包吹氩搅拌工艺炼钢,应用先进的炉外精炼技术来改善夹杂物,制定合理的加热、轧制及控冷工艺,所生产的SWRCH18A冷镦钢盘条,性能符合标准,产品质量满足用户需求。Smelt in top-bottom blowing oxygen converter, treated in the ladle with arc blowing and stirring, the inclusions were well controlled by improved ladle refining technology. Performance of the product was achieved through reasonable rehearing, rolling and cool controlling process. The end production of SWRCH18A has eligible mechanical performance and high quality,which can meet requests of consumers.
