摘 要:大型薄壁压铸件成型时存在充型困难、冷隔等缺陷,采用真空压铸法,正确设置抽气点和工艺参数,并设计合理的模具结构,能有效解决此类制件的成型问题。文章以一个设计实例,阐述了模具设计要点、液态合金流截止波纹块的结构和压铸工艺等的确定,并在料流末端难充满处设置抽气点,采用软件模拟验证,最后得到合格制件。Vacuum die-casting was adopted to resolve the defects of misrun and cold lap in the diecasting of large-scale thin shell parts. Exhaust points were ascertained, effective die-casting processing parameters were determined and appropriate mould structure design was employed. A design example was provided to illustrate the vacuum die-casting mould design. It includes overall design, liquid alloy flow cut-off corrugated block structure and the determination of die-casting process. Exhaust points at the end of the material flow were selected. Final casting parts were obtained via software simulation.
