摘　　要：针对仪表盒塑件结构的特点,提出一种采用定模滑块抽芯的注塑成型模具结构设计,即利用深盒形件包紧力大的特点,采用定模滑块抽芯和弹簧辅助的结构设计方法。文章论述了该模具的滑块结构设计要点,以及模具的工作过程。应用结果表明,该模具结构动作稳定可靠,并适用于其他类似的产品。A design of mould structure for case shell of instrument was introduced,in which a core-pulling mechanism was operated by slider for the cover die.Considering the feature of enveloping force of deep shell parts,a core-pulling mechanism operated by slider for the cover die with spring was adopted.The structure of the slider and operation of the mould were discussed.The results show that the mould structure is reliable and it can be used for other shell body parts.
