古民居旅游开发转型与业态模式创新——以福州市宏琳厝古民居为例

摘　　要：古民居旅游热潮兴起的同时也出现了旅游开发破坏性建设问题,寻求古民居合理有效的开发成为学术研究的热点问题。文章以福州市宏琳厝古民居为实证,通过实地调研和文献资料考证,总结古民居旅游开发价值,指出古民居旅游开发中低水准旧业态开发模式所带来的危害,提出旅游开发的转型和业态创新模式。As ancient dwelling tourism flourishes, problems of destructive construction in tourism development appear. The effective and reasonable development of ancient dwelling has become a hot issue in academic arena. Field survey and literature study were conducted via the example of Hong- lin ancient dwelling in Fuzhou. The development value of ancient dwelling tourism was summarized. The damages in ancient dwelling tourism development resulted from the old industrial development mode at medium and low level were described. The transformation of ancient dwelling tourism devel- opment and the innovation of the industry mode was discussed.
