摘　　要：利用变权原理研究了承包商选择的多因素决策问题,提出并分析了层次变权思想,进而建立了一个基于层次变权的承包商选择决策模型。该模型克服了常权综合的弊病,能够对某些重要因素进行均衡处理的同时,对某些关键因素进行激励,从而使决策者的意愿建立在科学的基础之上。经实证分析,该模型具有应用的灵活性和有效性。Multi-factor decision making in tendering contractors was explored with variable weight theory.Hierarchy variable weight was analysed.A decision-making model of contractors was established based on hierarchy variable weight,which is a solution to problems involved in normal power integration methods.While balancing some major factors,the model stimulated some key factors to enable the decision-makers to make well-founded decisions.The results indicate that the model is of flexibility and validity.
