无精子症患者病理组织中Survivin与Caspase-3的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生存素(Survivin)与半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase-3)在无精子症睾丸中的表达相关性。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测44例无精子症患者睾丸组织中的Survivin、Caspase-3。结果Survivin阳性(+～+++)表达率在生精功能正常组与生精功能异常组分别为100.0%(11/11)、63.6%(21/33),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Caspase-3阳性(+～+++)表达率在生精功能正常组与生精功能异常组中分别为18.2%(2/11)、39.4%(13/33),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Survivin与Caspase-3表达呈负相关(r=-0.636,P<0.05)。结论Survivin与Caspase-3的低表达可能共同参与了人睾丸精子生成过程。Objective To investigate the correlation of Survivin and Caspase-3 expression in the testis tissues of patients with azoesperrmia. Methods Immunohistochemieal method （SP）was used to examine the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in the testis tissues with azcospermia. Results There was significant difference between normal spermatogenesis group （100. 00% ）and abnormal spermatogenesis group（63.64% ） in the Survivin-positive expression （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between normal spermatogenesis group （ 18.18% ） and abnormal spermatogenesis group（39.39% ） in the Caspase-3 positive expression （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. A significandy negative correlation existed between the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 （r = -0. 636,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The low expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 maybe work in the process during the human spermatogenesis.
