摘 要:水平井射孔参数优化及产能评价是套管完井水平井工艺设计的重要内容之一。目前常用的水平井产能评价模型由于未考虑井筒压降及完井参数的影响,预测单井产能偏大,同时也无法预测水平井的流入剖面。针对砂岩油藏射孔完井的水平井,应用半解析法,建立了油藏渗流和井筒流动耦合求解的水平井产能评价模型,为射孔参数优化设计提供科学的理论依据。在此基础之上提出了系统的水平井射孔参数优化技术,使油井流入剖面均一,达到水平井段的均匀动用,延缓底水脊进,提高单井采收率的目的。射孔参数优化现场应用效果较好。The optimization of perforation parameters and productivity evaluation of horizontal well are one of important content of technological design in casing completion of horizontal well. Without considering the effects of wellbore pressure drawdown and completion parameters, the individual-well productivity, which is evaluated by horizontal well pro ductivity evaluation model, is higher than the actual. Meanwhile, the model can not be used to evaluate the inflow section ei then In this paper, the horizontal well productivity evaluation model of reservoir percolation and wellbore flow coupling resolution was built for the sandstone reservoir horizontal well of perforation completion by using semi-analytic method, which can provide scientific theory basis for perforation parameters of optimization design. On these bases, optimization technology of systematic perforation parameters of horization well was presented. The technology can improve individualwell recovery by homogenizing the inflow section in the horizontal interval and delaying the bottom water coning. The application result of perforation parameters optimization shows very good effect.
