摘 要:按照企业信息文化的结构及内容构建评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法确定指标模糊权重向量并以模糊权重与0的加权海明距离对其去模糊化,结合专家法和简单加权法对某企业信息文化进行综合评价,发现该企业信息伦理观、信息领导与组织体制、特别是信息制度环境等几个方面较为薄弱,应重点加以改善。基于三角模糊数的企业信息文化综合评价体系能够较好克服专家评判的模糊性,评价效果良好。According to the structure and contents of enterprise information culture, in this article, the author first built an evaluation indices system. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was taken up to determine the fuzzy weighted vectors and remove their fuzzi- ness by taking up the weighted hamming distance between fuzzy weight and O. It is indicated that the enterprise should focus on the im- provement of weaknesses such as the information ethics, system of informational leadership and organization, especially information sys- tem environment by integrating the Delphi means and simple weighted method in the analysis. The comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise information culture, based on the triangular fuzzy number (TFN), can avoid the fuzziness of experts' judgments and provide better results.
