摘  要:目的了解贵阳地区沙门菌感染的主要血清型及其药物敏感性。方法对贵州省人民医院2006年11月至2008年11月临床分离的沙门菌84株进行生化鉴定、血清分型和及药物敏感性分析。结果84株沙门菌中,甲型副伤寒沙门菌51株(60.71%),伤寒沙门菌19株(22.62%),鼠伤寒沙门菌10株(11.90%),猪霍乱沙门菌2株(2.38%),丙型副伤寒沙门菌2株(2.38%)。沙门菌对第3代头孢菌素与第3代喹诺酮类敏感率高,为82.94%~100.00%,对萘啶酸、氨苄西林及复方新诺明敏感率较低,为12.15%~55.61%。结论贵阳地区沙门菌感染以甲型副伤寒沙门菌为主,其次为伤寒沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌,可使用第3代头孢菌素与第3代喹诺酮类治疗。Objective To investigate the salmonella serotype infection and antibiotic sensitivity in Guiyang region. Methods A total of 84 isolates of salmonella were obtained from the patients in Guizhou provincial People's Hospital from November 2006 to November 2008. Their biochemical identification and serological type and drug resistance analysis were conducted. K-B test was used for the antimicrobial susceptibility detection in accordance with the standard of Clinical Laboratory Standards Association 2008. Results In this 84 strains of salmonella,there were 51 strains of salmonella paratyphi A, 19 strains of salmonella typhi, 10 strains of salmonella typhimurium, 2 strains of salmonella choleraesuis,and 2 strains of Salmonella paratyphi C. The salmonella to antibiotic of quinolones and third generation of cephalosporins were sensitive. The sensitivity was low to nalidixic acid and ampicillin and cotrimoxazole. Conclusion Most of salmonella infection in this region was salmonella paratyphi A, followed by salmonella typhi and salmonella typhimurium,The third generation of cephalosporins and quinolones antibacterial medication can be used in the therapy of the disease.
