从背点伊蚊体内检出Colti病毒

摘　　要：Colti病毒为呼肠孤病毒科病毒，临床上引起发热、脑炎等症状。为了解东北地区感染情况，于1996年8～9月间采集了东北三省五地蚊虫2327只，计3属5种。对其中620只蚊虫进行了病毒分离，结果从背点伊蚊（Aedesdorsalis）分离出了两株病毒。该病毒能通过0．22μm孔径滤膜，在C6／36细胞上产生病变，对5－Idu和乙醚抵抗，对酸、热敏感。病毒RNA聚丙烯酰胺电泳呈现特有的12个条带。血清学试验阳性，鉴定为Colti病毒。据病毒在传代细胞上的病变表现和对动物的致病性，以及RNA带形分析，认为该病毒可能与北京株差异较大，与云南株区别较小。During August - September, 1996, 2 strains of virus were isoated from a spotted back mosquito (Aedes dorsalis) collected from Northeastrn China, totally 2327 mosquitoes, belong to 3 genera and 5 species. The virus could pass through a 0. 22μm filter membrane, and induced evident cytophathic effect(CPE) on C6/36 cells. The viruses are resistant to ether and 5 - Idu, and sensitive to heat and acid. The results of 12 RNA bands peculiar to virus on poyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAG), positive on serological tests, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and immunoflourescent assay (IFA), suggested that the viruses are the members of Coltivirus of Reoviridae.
