摘　　要：在线逆向拍卖在企业采购活动中得到广泛应用,这一现象代表着采购策略的一个全新领域且意义重大。结合近年来国内外相关文献的研究成果,具体分析了有关在线逆向拍卖四个领域的研究进展:在线逆向拍卖应用的主要动机、在线逆向拍卖应用的潜在风险、成功应用在线逆向拍卖的条件以及在线逆向拍卖环境下的采供关系。最后给出了进一步研究的展望。Online reverse auctions are increasingly being used in industrial souring activities. This phenomenon represents a novel emerging area of inquiry with significant implications for sourcing strategies. This article reviews the use of these auctions in sourcing activities and highlights four key aspects： the main motives for using online reverse auction; the potential risks for using online reverse auction; the conditions for using online reverse auction successfully, and buyer-supplier relationship in online reverse auctions. Further researches are also provided.
