摘　　要：目的探讨血清内皮素-1(ET-1)与早产及分娩发动的关系。方法选择足月妊娠组(包括足月妊娠未临产者及临产者)、未足月组(包括先兆早产者及正常者)产妇,用放射免疫法测定其血清ET-1水平并进行比较。结果足月妊娠组ET-1为(116.49±4.98)pg/mL,未足月组为(105.82±4.18)pg/mL,足月妊娠组高于未足月组(t=10.79,P<0.01);足月临产者为(153.5±5.6)pg/mL,足月未临产者为(88.3±4.5)pg/mL,足月临产者高于未临产者(t=39.29,P<0.01);正常者为(74.8±3.9)pg/mL,先兆早产者为(119.51±4.30)pg/mL,先兆早产者高于正常者(t=34.47,P<0.01);24 h内分娩者为(136.8±5.1)pg/mL,未分娩者为(108.8±3.8)pg/mL,24 h内分娩者高于未分娩者(t=18.31,P<0.01)。结论ET-1与分娩发动相关,它的升高可预示临产的发生。Objective To explore the relationship among the maternal serum endothelin-1 （ET-1）, premature labor and the onset of labor. Methods The cases were divided into two groups： full-term pregnancy group and premature labor group. The level of serum ET-1 was tested by radioimmunoassay. Results In the full-term preg- nancy group, the level of ET-1 （116.49± 4.98 pg/mL） was higher than that of premature group（ 105.82 ±4.18 pg/mL; t = 10.79, P 〈0.01）. The level of ET-1 of full-term pregnancy in labor was （153.5 ± 5.6）pg/mL, while that of full-term pregnancy not in labor was lower （88.3 ±4.5 pg/mL; t = 39.29, P 〈0.01 ）. The level of ET-1 of normal pregnancy group （74.8 ±3.9 pg/mL）was lower than that of premature labor（ 119.51 ±4.30 pg/mL; t = 34.47, P 〈 0.01）. Contrasted with the group not in labor within 24h （ 108.8 ± 3.8pg/mL）, the level of ET-1 of the group in labor within 24h was higher（108.8 ±3.8 pg/mL; t = 18.31, P （0.01）. Conclusion ET-1 is correlated with parturition. And the high level of ET-1 can forecast the onset of labor.
