摘 要:目的观察环境卫生治理前、后蚊种种群、密度的变化趋势,为指导消除蚊虫和预防控制蚊媒疾病提供依据。方法按照市区不同方位、不同水体设置观察点,采用人工捕蚊的方法收集蚊虫,通过实验室比对,完成蚊虫种群及密度的分类汇总。结果本次调查自不同环境中捕获蚊虫共5属28种5316只,市区内的蚊种以淡色库蚊为主,占70.39%,其次是中华按蚊,占12.38%,另外,白纹伊蚊和朝鲜伊蚊的密度增高。结论生态环境的改变导致了蚊虫种群及密度发生相应的改变,原本弱势的蚊虫种群密度明显增高。Objective To explore the variation tendency of the species groups and density of mosquitoes before and after the urban environmental improvement to eliminate mosquitoes and control mosquito-- borne diseases. Methods Observation points were chosen according to the various urban orientations and different water bodies. The species groups and density were claasified by laboratory tests by collecting mosquitoes. Results 5316 kinds of mosquitoes in 28 species in 5 genuses were distinguished. 70.39% of them were culex pipiens pallens and 12. 38 % were anopheles hyrcanus sinensis in Urban. Others were mainly anopheles hyrcanus sinensis ( 12.38 % ). The density of aedes albopictus and aedes koreicus was found to have increased. Conclusion The species groups and density of mosquitoes have changed with the changes in ecological environment, and the proportion of the unprivileged mosquitoes has increased.
