摘 要:随着京津地区冬季用气形势的日益紧张,天然气供需矛盾越为突出,这就要求地下储气库需具备紧急情况下大气量调峰的能力。针对仍采用7in生产套管如何提高地下储气库紧急调峰能力的问题进行了研究。通过对3套工艺管柱的对比论证,并经现场实践,最终形成了7in生产套管配套4.5in注采气油管的工艺形式,使日安全供气能力达到了(100~120)×104m3,极大地提高了地下储气库的调峰能力,并且节约了成本,降低了投资。As gas consumption in winter is increasingly serious in Beijing and Tianjin, the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas is becoming obvious. Therefore, underground gas storage is required to have a peak-shaving ability in emergency. A research on how to enhance the ability of storage with 7 in production casing has been carried through. Comparing with 3 different pipe strings and according to field practice, a technique of 7 in casing matching with 4.5 in injection-recovery oil tube has been developed, which can enhance the peak-shaving ability, reduce the cost and investment. It makes the capacity of gas supply reach (100~120)×104m3/d.
