摘  要:一线员工的退出关系到企业人力资源的整合、盘活及素质的提高,也关系到企业整体实力和竞争力的提升。以川庆钻探工程有限公司为例,针对石油工程技术服务企业普遍存在的一线操作员工退出安置链条因专业化重组而断裂的问题,重点分析了目前制约一线员工有效退出的原因,提出了按人员分类制定退出办法,并在各专业板块之间建立转移安置一线员工的机制等解决方法。A virtuous staff withdrawal mechanism is helpful to not only integrate and reactivate human resource and improve quality of human resource, but also improve the enterprise’ s overall efficiency and competitiveness. However, the specialized restructuring implemented in recent years has interrupted the improvement of frontline staff withdrawal mechanism which happened commonly in petroleum engineering & technology service enterprises. Taking Chuanqing Drilling and Exploration Engineering Company for example, by analyzing factors restricting frontline staff effective withdrawal, suggestions such as different withdrawal methods for different types of personnel or a transfer settlement mechanism between different professional plates etc. are put forward.
