健血宝对肝硬化大鼠的保肝作用

摘　　要：为研究健血宝（天然螺旋藻粉制剂）对急性肝损伤和肝硬化有无保护作用，用皮下注射CCl4方法在SD大鼠上分别制备急性肝损伤和肝硬化模型，急性肝损伤大鼠事先饲喂1个月健血宝，肝硬化大鼠在模型制各期同时饲喂健血宝，剂量均为268mg／kg·d。结果表明，健血宝可部分预防急性肝损伤所致两氨酸转氨酶的升高，也可明显改善CCl4致肝硬化大鼠的病态血浆氨基酸谱，降低其血清层粘连蛋白含量，且可避免肝组织的纤维化改变。提示：健血宝对急性肝损伤和肝硬化有保护作用。The protective effects of Jian -Xue -Bao (made of Spirulina powder) against CCl4- induced hepatotoxicity were studied in male SD rats weighed 180 ± 13g. The results showed:①in the acute CCl4 - toxicity experiment,Jian - Xue - Bao added to diet for one month could partly protect the rat liver expressed by marked decrease of serum level of ALT,②in the experiment of liver cirrhosis induced by CCl4 ,Jian - Xue - Bao could partly protect the rat liver expressed by the significant reduction of serum level of laminin and the marked improvement of the pathological change in the pattern of serum amino acids and liver cirrhosis. It is suggested that Jian - Xue - Bao may have the protective effects against CCl4 - hepatotoxicity.
