摘  要:为使玉米秸秆实现资源化,将玉米秸秆制成吸附剂处理土霉素废水。研究了吸附剂吸附法处理土霉素废水的反应机理和影响因素,并观测了吸附剂用量、吸附反应温度、振荡时间、pH值等因素对土霉素废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在吸附剂用量0.5g,温度35℃,振荡时间30min,pH值7的条件下,土霉素浓度吸附率可达97.2以上。50mg/L的四环素废水剩余浓度为1.38mg/L,吸附均符合Langmuir及Freundlich等温模式,但Langmuir方程拟合得较好。In order to enable both of resources and corn stalks, can make oxytetracycline(OTC)from artificial wastewater in the production and life are well handled, to remove OTC from oxytetracycline wastewater ,corn residues were modified into adsorbent. The reaction mechanism and influencing factors for the treatment of antibiotics simulative wastewater by Activated Carbon were mainly studied. The dosage of adsorbent, temperature, pH, time and initial concentrations on decomposition of oxytetracycline from artificial wastewater(OTC)were studied. The results showed that the adsorption rate of OTC in the simulative wastewater was more than 97.2%, the reaction was under the condition:dosage of activated carbon about 0.5 g, pH= 7, temperature= 35℃and 30 minutes The absorption both accord with Langmuir and Freundlich absorption isotherms, but the Langmuir equation could fitted more better.
