摘　　要：首先分析了Symbian操作系统的特点、应用程序的核心框架,研究设计了基于Symbian操作系统客户端系统的各功能模块。最后,讨论了异步服务的实现、提高系统稳定性、系统优化等手机终端关键问题的处理方法,以及讨论了中文显示和程序空中下载的问题。This article first analyzed the characteristics of Symbian operating system, the core frame of application procedure, researched and designed the functions modules of client-side system based on the Symbian operating system. Finally, we discussed how to deal with the key questions of handset terminal which include the realization of asynchronous service, the improvement of system stability, the optimization of the system and so on, as well as discussed the display of Chinese and the question of downloading the software.
