摘  要:目的了解杀白细胞毒素(PVL)基因阳性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MR-SA)的红霉素耐药基因(ermA/B/C)检出情况。方法收集2007年1月—2008年6月分离自河北医科大学第一医院临床患者的MRSA 45株,采用聚合酶链反应对45株MRSA的ermA/B/C和PVL基因进行检测,分析PVL基因阳性MRSA的ermA/B/C检出率。结果45株MRSA中有33株检出ermA/B/C,检出率为73%(33/45);有12株检出PVL基因,检出率为27%(12/45);12株PVL基因阳性MRSA中有9株检出ermA/B/C,检出率为75%(9/12);33株PVL基因阴性MRSA中仅24株检出ermA/B/C,检出率为73%(24/33)。结论PVL基因阳性与PVL基因阴性MRSA的ermA/B/C检出率基本一致,MRSA的重要致病基因——PVL的产生可能与红霉素耐药基因ermA/B/C无关。Objective It is to learn the erythromycin resistance gene(ermA/B/C) in the Panton-Valentine Leukocidin(PVL) gene-positive Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods 45 strains of MRSA were clinically isolated from the patients in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2007 to June 2008.ErmA/B/C and PVL gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) methods,and the positive rate of ermA/B/C in MRSA with positive PVL gene.Results Among 45 strains of MRSA,the positive rate of ermA/B/C was 73%(33/45), the positive rate of PVL gene was 27%(12/45).Among 12 strains of PVL gene-positive MRSA,the positive rate of ermA/B/C were 75%(9/12).Among 33 strains of PVL gene-negative MRSA,the positive rate of ermA/B/C were 73%(24/33).Conclusion The PVL gene-positive MRSA for ermA/B/C are basically in accordance with the PVL gene-negative MRSA.It shows that the production of the important pathogenic gene-PVL gene in MRSA probably has nothing to do with the erythromycin resistant gene ermA/B/C.
