玉溪市第三产业发展滞后因素探析

摘　　要：玉溪市是云南省的经济发达地区,但玉溪市第三产业发展滞后,其障碍因素主要是城市化发展滞后、城乡居民收入水平低、支柱产业单一、现代服务业发展不足。要加快玉溪市第三产业的发展,必须针对这些障碍因素,采取相应的对策措施。Yuxi is a economical developed city in Yunnan Province . but the tertiary industry in Yuxi city lags behind the development of other industries. The main reason is because of the lagged urbanization the low income , and the unitary industrial structures as well. In order to accelerate the development of the tertiary industry , some countermeasures should be taken to solve those problems that constrains the development of the modem service sector in Yuxi city .
