摘　　要：吉登斯认为,断裂性是现代性的首要特征。现代性的动力机制是时空分离、脱域机制和反思性监控。而现代性不断扩张的后果是把人类带入了一个充满不确定性的风险社会。通过社会运动的蓬勃兴起、后现代社会的制度设计以及生活政治的兴起等疗救策略,可以把现代社会的风险后果降低到最小程度,为人类建造一个更加美好的社会现实世界。Anthony Giddens thinks that the major feature of modernity is the fracture . The paper states that the institutional design and other curing policies of the post - modern society can bring us into a minimum risk society and to build a better real world through the emergence of the social reform movement .
