摘　　要：我国非物质文化遗产资源丰富,但现状不容乐观,保护非物质文化遗产的工作已经刻不容缓。一是提供资金保障,这是前提;二是人才队伍的建设,这是根本;三是市场化运作,这是保持其生命力的重要方法;四是法律保障,这是所有保护方式的基础。Ahhough the resources of non - material legacy in China is rich, but the status quo can not be optimistic. The protection of intangible legacy has been pressing. First , the provision of financial guarantees, which is a prerequisite for the protection of the non - material legacy ; second , the qualified personnel to do that , which is the fundamental factor for the protection ; third, market - oriented operation is an important way to maintain its vitality; Fourth, legal protection, which is as the foundation of all protection work.
