摘　　要：介绍绿色供应链理论,针对绿色供应链的特征,给出了绿色供应链绩效评价的指标体系。在此基础上,运用多层次灰色关联分析法,建立了指标体系的评价模型,论文通过实例验证了该评估模型的有效性和正确性。The paper introduce green supply chain. The indicator system of pefgormance evaluation of green supply chain are put forward in accordance with the characteristics of green sulpply chain. On the basis of the content above, the paper completes a model which evaluates the performance of green supply chain by muti-hierarchal grey ralational appraise. The ef- fectiveness and correction of the model are tested by an application ease.
