摘　　要：国际航运业务管理专业人才需求调研是制定该专业人才培养方案的关键基础性工作,2009年6月至2009年10月,采用网上调查、电话访谈、问卷调查和实地走访等多种形式,对行业从业人员现状及需求、专业人才能力与素质要求进行了调研。通过此次调研,明确了国际航运业务管理专业教学改革的探索方向。The research about needs of intemation＇,d shipping business management professionals is a key basic work of making training program. From June 2009 to October 2009,we made a research on Status, needs ,the ability and quality requirements of the industry practitioners and professionals , many methods such as online surveys, telephone interviews, questionnaire surveys and field visits used. The direction of teaching reform of the international shipping business management discipline is to be clear through this research.
