摘　　要：公民参与已成为当代中国民主建设的内容之一。从学术谱系和研究主题两个维度总结公民参与的研究。公民参与从政治参与话语中脱离后,促进了公民参与的发展,它反映了公民与政府关系发生了深刻的变化。当前公民参与的研究围绕着公民参与的动力系统、公共机构的反应、公民参与的政策领域、公民参与的路径、形式与效果四个主题展开的。探索公民参与的发展轨迹为我国推进公民参与提供知识支持。Today, citizen participation has become one part of the construction of democracy in China. The research will summarize the issue from both perspectives of academic genealogy and research. Since citizen participation disengaged from political participation, its development has been accelerated, that indicates the great change of the relationship between the public and the government. Currently, the research of citizen participation is centered on four main subjects： its dynamical system, policy domains, methods, patterns and effectiveness, and the response of public institutions. The exploration of the development track of citizen participation provides knowledge and information support for China＇s promotion of citizen participation.
