摘　　要：改革火电机组额定功率定义的问题,继《固定式发电用汽轮机规范》(GB/T5578-2007,以下简称新国标)修编引起的争论之后,在《大中型火力发电厂设计规范》(以下简称大火规)的修编过程中又多次研讨,现将个人认识整理出来,供有关单位决策参考。The problem of reforming thermal power generating units ration power definition, arose dispute since mending of 《Fixed type generated steam turbine criterion》 （GB/T5578-2007,The following is abbreviated as new national criterion）, it is discussed time after fine, during the mending process of 《Large medium-sized technical code for designing Thermal power generating plants》 （The following is abbreviated as large thermal power criterion） give order to personal cognition, provide with reference for correlative department decision-making.
