摘　　要：随着军队编制调整及现代化建设的发展,传统医疗保障已不能满足远离体系医院的基层部队官兵的健康需求。本文以科学发展观为指导,就建立医院接诊中心的模式,在院前服务上下功夫,扩大优质高效的服务半径,解决偏远地区官兵医疗保障问题,推动部队卫生机构建设,提高部队自身卫勤保障能力进行了实践探索。With the regulation of army system and development of modernization construction of the army, the traditional pattern of medical service for the army forces encamping distantly from the corresponding hospital has already been not satisfied for the medical care assurance for the soldiers in the basic troops. In this article, we explored the new service pattern, which is presented with the form of regional centers of medicine （RCMs） based on or supplied by the corresponding hospital. The RCMs were constructed guided by scientific development view, and the aim is to strengthen the pre - hospital medical service, expand the medical service radius high - efficiently, thus to resolve the problems of medical service existed in the basic troops, especially those soldiers encamped distantly from the corresponding service hospital. Our practice on the RCMs have been proved to be necessary and effective for the construction of new medical service structure for the troops, and the RCMs pattern is beneficial for the improvement of medical service ability for the military hospitals.
