摘　　要：本文从找准科学发展定位、打造特勤特色、坚持服务特勤、增强特勤后劲四个方面,对加强军队疗养院特勤建设提出了措施,为新时期军队疗养院建设提供参考。The author discussed the measures to promote the construction of modern military sanatoriums from four aspects as orienting to a nicety, making features, sticking to serve special -forces and enlarging earnings, which will be helpful for the other military sanatoriums.
