摘　　要：新医改方案的出台,带来医疗卫生领域利益格局的重新调整。本文在分析当前公立非营利医院补偿机制问题的基础上,探讨了新医改方案对我国公立非营利性补偿机制的影响,提出相应对策。The new national health reform will lead to the readjustment of the interest patterns and interests relation-ships. Based on analysis the compensation mechanism of public nonprofit hospitals, the author discussed the influences of the reform on compensation mechanism of public nonprofit hospitals and proposed the countermeasures.
