摘　　要：本文从理念思路、管理机制、知识技能、运营模式创新四个方面,系统地分析和探讨了军队医院建设发展的指导原则,总结了医院近年来的实践经验,为军队医院实现跨越式发展提供借鉴。In this article the guiding principles for the development of military hospital were systemically discussed from thinking model, knowledge and skill, management mechanism and operation model. The practical experience of our hospital in recent years was concluded which would provide references for the great - leap - forward development of military hospitals.
