摘　　要：我国《物权法》中关于"公共利益"的表述是个抽象概念。为避免政府以"公共利益"为借口随意征收、征用公民的私人财产,侵害公民的财产权利,《物权法》应对征收、征用行为做出进一步规范,使其不致滥用,以保护公民合法的财产权。The expression of public interest in Property Law is an abstract one. In order to avoid the government＇ s optional taking over people＇ s private property and violation of people＇ s rights of property, Property Law should further standardize the conduct of taking over so as to prevent the abuse of Property Law and protect people＇ s legal rights of property.
