摘　　要：视频分享网站由于播放未经著作权人许可的视频作品而常陷入著作权纠纷之中。在著作权纠纷案件中,视频分享网站多被判败诉。通过多渠道解决视频分享网站的著作权问题对其发展有重要意义。视频分享网站应当承担起合理注意的义务、加强与其他媒体的著作权合作、独立创作视频作品等,以避免著作权侵权。The video sharing websites always get involved in copyright lawsuits and usually lose them for their acts of offering video works without permissions from their copyright holders. In order to enhance the video sharing websites＇ further development, it is of great importance to solve the problem of copyright infringement. This article suggests that, in order to avoid copyright infringement, the video sharing website should take on the obligation of reasonable notice, cooperate with other media in the field of copyright protection, as well as produce video works of their own
