摘　　要：影响民族传统体育运动水平的因素是多方面的,少数民族传统体育裁判员水平的高低是其中的一个重要因素.通过对少数民族传统体育裁判员基本素质与能力结构、少数民族传统体育裁判工作的特殊性等方面进行分析,并提出与之相应的培养对策.There are many factors that affect the performance of t national traditional sports. The quality of national traditional sports judgers is the main factor. Through the analysis of the basic quality and ability construction of national traditional sports judgers and particularity of judge about national traditional sports, some countermeasures are put forward.
