中国芦荟染色体核型分析

摘　　要：以中国芦荟为试验材料，按常规染色体压片法，观察中期分裂相并进行显微摄影。染色体类型按Ｌｅｖａｎ方法分类，其核型为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝６ｓｔ＋８ｓｍ。Aloe Vera L.Var.Chinensis (Haw)Berger belongs to Liliaceae Aloe(genus).In the paper, It is taken as experimental material and its chromosome is observed by routine root tip method. The results shows that the chromosome number of Aloe Vera L.Var.Chinensis(Haw)Berger is 2n=14 and the karyotype is K(2n)=6st+8sm by Levan's crierion for classification of chromosome karyotype.There are not matacentric and acrocentric chromosomes ,wtheout any satallite chromosome being observed ,The chromosome constitution of Aloe Vera L.Var.Chinensis(Haw)Berger is four long and three short, which is obviously different from that of Aloe Vera L.There are three long one intermediate and three short in the latter. Whther Aloe Vera L.Var.Chinesis(Hew)Berger belongs to a variety of Aloe Vera L.is still to be identified by methods of morphoanatomy, analysis of chromosome banding pattern, comparing with homology extent of DNA nucleotide by technology of molecular biology, and so on.
