摘　　要：针对2008-07-17宁夏有1次小到中雨,局部地区有中雨的空报个例,利用实况常规气象资料、T213数值预报产品,从天气形势、动力和水汽等方面进行综合分析.结果表明,500hPa青藏高原上西南气流没有建立,天气系统东移较快,水汽条件较差是造成该次降水过程空报的主要原因.For the invalid report case of light to moderate rain and moderate rain in some areas in Ningxia in 2008-07-17, comprehensive analysis from the weather situation, power and water vapor was carried through the fact of conventional meteorological data, T213 numerical forecast products. The results showed that the 500 hPa southwesterly airstreams on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has not been established, weather system moved eastward quickly, and with less water vapor conditions, this is the main reason for invalid report.
