摘　　要：将ｐＥＦｈＤＡＦ（Ｈｕｍａｎｄｅｃａｙａｃｃｅｌｅｒａｔｉｎｇｆａｃｔｏｒ，人类补体衰减加速因子）基因，显微注入５１７枚猪的受精卵，移植到２６头受体母猪的输卵管内。２１头怀孕，怀孕率８０９％，１９头维持到分娩，产仔９３头，产仔率１７９％。产仔后，取仔猪的耳或尾组织，提总ＤＮＡ。以５′ＴＧＧＣＧＡＧＡＡＧＧＡＣＴＣＡＧＴＧＡＴＣＴ３′和５′ＴＧＡＡＣＴＧＴＴＧＧＴＧＧＧＡＣＣＴＴＧＧＡ３′为引物，进行ＰＣＲ扩增，有１８头显示阳性。转基因的总效率为３５％（１８／５１７）。To microinject hDAF(human decay accelerating factor) gene into 517 swine eggs and implantation to oviducts of 26 recipient sows,21 of the sows was farrowing sows and the pregnancy ratio was 80.9%,19 of the farrowing sows farrowed 93 piglets and the farrowing ratio was 17.9%.The transgenic pigs integrated by hDAF gene determinated by PCR.The sampling was gained from tissue of piglet ear and tail,and the total DNA of the samplimg carried on the PCR reaction.The primers of PCR was the P1:5′TGGCGAGAAGGACTCAGTGATCT3′ and P2:5′TGAACTGTTGGTGGGACCTTGGA3′.18 of 93 piglets was the transgenic pigs integrated by hDAF gene.The transgenic efficiency was 3.5%(18/517).
