摘　　要：在激烈竞争的建筑市场,投标企业在参与建设项目的投标竞争时,投标报价往往是决定中标单位的关键因素.投标人想要实现以合理的低价中标,又能有较多的利润,采用不平衡报价法是最常用的报价技巧之一.结合工程实践,对不平衡报价法的内涵、原则、数学模型及在投标报价应用中的一些常用技巧,指出了应用不平衡报价时应注意的问题.Facing the fierce competition of building industry,bid price quotation is the most important factors when enterprises participate in the construction project bid competition. The bidders eager to win the bid by reasonable low price,and also to gain more profits. Using unbalanced method of quotation price is the one of effectivre skills. Relating the construction practice ,the paper introduces the connotation of unbalanced offer method and the principle, the mathematical model and the application of some common bid price quotation, also point out some problems when biders use the unbalanced skills .
