摘 要:Cu-Fe-P合金是一种广泛应用的高强高导电铜合金。本文研究了添加微量的硼和铈对Cu-Fe-P合金耐蚀性的影响。采用盐雾试验和电化学方法对材料腐蚀行为进行了分析,运用SEM、EDS及XRD等多种手段对材料腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行研究,探讨了影响耐蚀性的机理。结果表明,由于晶粒的细化作用,B的微量添加会降低合金的耐蚀性能;Ce对合金有很好的净化杂质效应,从而使材料的耐蚀性能得到提高。Cu-Fe-P alloys are widely used as high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy. In this paper the effects of B and Ce on the corrosion resistance of Cu-Fe-P alloys were studied. The corrosive behavior was investigated with salt spray and electrochemical test. The corrosion morphology was studied by means of SEM and the corrosion products were analyzed by means of EDS and XRD. Results show that the corrosion resistance of alloy is decreased by adding trace B, as a result of grain refinement. The additions of Ce to the copper can improve the corrosion resistance of material by purify impurity.
