摘　　要：监狱中服刑长达10年以上的重刑犯,在封闭的监改环境中,势必产生一系列的心理问题。本文用SCL-90量表对重刑犯的心理健康状况进行测量,并将重刑犯与狱友及管教干警之间的人际关系分为"一般"、"较好"和"好"三个层次。结果表明:重刑犯心理健康水平低于全国常模(p<0.001);监狱中人际关系好的犯人心理健康水平相对较好,与干警关系主要影响重刑犯的恐惧水平。因此,改善狱友和干警的关系,能够一定程度地提重刑犯高服刑人员的心理健康水平,有助于他们再社会化的改造。Having been serving in the jail for more than ten years,the criminals with severe punishment are doomed to suffer a series of psychological problems due to the separated and harsh conditions of the jail where they only have a simplistic and firm relationship with the police officers who are in charge of them. This thesis grades the interpersonal relationships of the criminals as three levels,such as ＂general＂,＂good＂ and ＂better＂ and does a survey by the help of the SCL-90. It concludes that the criminals with severe punishment have inferior psychology health to the national norm（P〈0.01） ;Comparatively,those criminals who can go along well with the others in the jail have a healthy psychology;the criminals＇ interrelationship with the police officers mainly influence their tendancy to carry out terrorist deeds;the degree of reliability and validity is very high（p0.001） ;by improving the interpersonal relationships between the prisoners and the police officers will to some extent promote the former＇s psychological health and help them remould themselves before they reenter the society again.
