经超声引导置入乳腺定位针切除乳腺微小病灶的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价超声引导定位切除临床触诊不清的乳腺微小病灶的临床应用价值。方法:采用超声引导将21例患者的29个肿块置入乳腺定位针后进行手术切除,并对其良恶性、病理分期、病灶大小及TNM分期进行比较分析。其中6例乳腺癌,病理构成:导管内癌3例,浸润性癌3例;且均为I期或II期;出现定位针移位2例。结果:29个肿块完整切除,平均肿块直径1.0±0.5cm。术后病理:良性23个(79.3%),恶性6个(2.06%)。结论:超声引导下术前定位准确,操作简单,费用低,并发症少。Objective：To evaluate ultrasound-guided resection of clinical palpation to locate small breast lesions and its clinical value.Methods：The ultrasound-guided the 21 patients with 29 breast lumps positioning needle placement after surgical resection,and its benign or malignant,pathological stage,tumor size and TNM stage were analyzed,among which 6 cases of breast cancer,pathology composition：three cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,invasive cancer,3 cases;and were I period or phase II;appear positioning pin displacement in 2 cases.Results：29 complete tumor resection,the average tumor diameter of 1.0 ± 0.5cm.Pathological examination：Benign 23（79.3%）,malignant 6（2.06%）.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided preoperative localization is accurate,simple,inexpensive,with few complications.
