摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管的动脉栓塞治疗大咯血患者的疗效及护理措施。方法:31例大咯血病人介入治疗前后给予相应的护理干预。结果:31例患者均好转出院。结论:当大咯血在内科保守治疗无效的情况下行介入治疗时,护理措施是疗效的重要环节。Objective：to analyze the nursing measures to ensure the efficiency of Bronchial Artery Embolization（BAE） in controlling massive emptysis.Methods：Corresponding nursing is given to the 31 patients of massive emptysis before and after the BAE.Results：Through the appropriate nursing,31 patients are improved and discharged.Conclusion：Good nursing care is important to the satisfactory efficiency,when the conservative treatment of massive hemoptysis in the medicine is ineffective and the intervention therapy is taken.
