老年糖尿病患者夜间低血糖的观察与护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对老年糖尿病患者夜间血糖的影响,减少其夜间低血糖的发生率。方法:对428例老年糖尿病患者中120例睡前血糖低于6.0mmol/L分为干预组和对照组,两组发生夜间低血糖情况进行比较。结果:干预组发生低血糖机率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:通过对睡前血糖低的患者进行护理干预能明显减少夜间低血糖的发生率。Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on nocturnal blood glucose of elderly diabetic patients,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia at night.Methods：120 patients whose bedtime blood glucose were less than 6.0 mmol/L in 428 elderly diabetic patients we had treated from 2007.6 to 2008 were chosen.6 were randomized into two groups（intervention group and control group）.Results：The incidence of hypoglycemia in intervention group was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention which had been given to the patients with low bedtime blood glucose can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and improve the life quality of the patients.
