手足口病预检分诊体会

摘　　要：目的:做好手足口病预检分诊工作,有效控制手足口病流行及院内交叉感染。方法:制定规范的预检制度,对17991名就诊儿童进行有效预检分诊。结果:正确预检出220例手足口病患儿,无1例漏检。结论:准确预检分诊婴幼儿手足口病能有效控制其流行及院内交叉感染。Objective：To make a good job of precheck and triage of hand-foot-and-maoth disease,control effectively epidemic and nosocomial cross-infection of hand-foot-and-moath disease.Methods：Make standardized precheck rules,make effective precheck and triage of 17991 outpatient children.Results：Precheck out correctly 220 sick children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease,not one case was left out.Conclusion：makomg accurate precheck and triage of infants and children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease can control effectively its epidemic and nosocomial cross-infection.
