老年急性心肌梗死早期使用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在老年急性心肌梗死早期应用的有效性和安全性。方法120例老年急性心肌梗死患者随机分为3组,缓释片组(42例)在常规治疗方案的基础上口服琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片23.75～47.5mg口服,每天1次,调整剂量达到目标剂量;平片组(40例)在常规治疗的基础上口服美托洛尔平片6.25～12.5mg,每天3次,调整剂量达到目标剂量;对照组(38例)仅给予常规治疗。比较3组疗效、出院情况。结果缓释片组美托洛尔使用剂量高于平片组(P<0.05),缓释片组与平片组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后心功能恶化、室性心动过速发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在老年急性心肌梗死早期使用能有效减轻患者的症状,减少心梗并发症,降低病死率。与平片相比具有较好的耐受性,可以在较短时间内达到目标剂量。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction early use. Methods Selected by the selection of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in 120 cases, were randomly divided into 3 groups, Sustained-release tablets group（ n = 42） based on the conventional treatment given succinate sustained-release tablets 23.75 - 47. 5mg po, one times daily, adjusting the dose achieve the target dose;Plain tablets group（ n =40） based on the conventional treatment was given plain tablets 6.25 - 12. 5mg,3 times a day ,adjusting the dose to achieve the target dose. Control group（ n = 38 ）was given conventional treatment alone. Compaed efficacy of three groups. Results The metoprolo doses of the sustained-release group was higher than the plain tablets group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the total effective rate of these two groups was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the incidence of ventriular tachyear-dia and deteriorated cardiac function were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with the use can effectively reduce the symptoms, reduce the myocardial infarction complications and reduce mortality. Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in the application of the elderly is a safe and effective, compare with plain film has a good tolerance, can achieve the target dose over a short period of time.
