微波联合氟尿嘧啶治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微波联合氟尿嘧啶治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法144例CA患者随机分成治疗组76例和对照组68例,分别给予微波治疗及微波联合氟尿嘧啶治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为81.58%高于对照组的67.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波联合氟尿嘧啶治疗CA是一种疗效较好的治疗方法,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the microwave union fluorine uracil treatment condyloma curative effect. Methods 144 examples of patients were randamly divide into treatment group of 76 cases and control group of 68 cases stochastically, the distinction microwave treatment and the microwave union fluorine uracil treatment, observed the efficacy of the two groups. Resuits The cure rate of treatment group were 81. 58% ,higher than that of 67.56% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Microwave union fluorine uracil treatment condyloma is one kind of new good choice,and is worth the clinical promoted use.
